Teams resolve questions in private Discord ticket channels exactly as they always have, and Thoth distills each resolution into a searchable tip indexed in a growing knowledge base. The next time the same question appears, Thoth can reply instantly from what the team already knows, while staff retain full control through configurable cooldowns, role-aware behaviour, and manual curation. A staff web dashboard lets operators review learned tips, browse tickets and transcripts, upload documents or sync URLs to seed knowledge, and tune voice and tone without changing what Thoth knows. Organisation-level billing supports linking multiple Discord servers under one account, with configurable transcript retention and auto-learn settings per guild.
